Brook Knight Leagues (BKL) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What we collect

  • Name, contact number, and email address (for registration and communication)
  • Skill level and session history (for event matching and scheduling)
  • Payment reference numbers (for booking confirmation)

How we use it

  • To confirm your event registration and slot
  • To send updates about schedules, rules, and announcements
  • To manage rosters and session records

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of our event coordination platform (Reclub) for the sole purpose of booking management.

Media Consent and Release

By registering for any BKL Pickleball event, session, or tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Brook Knight Leagues and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record participants during events held at JRC Ballpark and associated venues.

By participating, you consent to:

  • The capture of your likeness through photos, videos, and live or recorded broadcasts during BKL events
  • The use of such media for BKL’s official communications, including:
    • The BKL website (brooknightleagues.com)
    • Official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
    • Promotional materials, event recaps, and sponsor reports
    • Broadcast or streaming content produced in partnership with DVX Production

Terms of use

  • Media may be cropped, edited, or combined with other content for promotional purposes
  • No compensation will be provided for the use of participant likenesses
  • BKL will not use your likeness in any context that is defamatory, misleading, or outside the scope of sports and community promotion

Opting Out

If you do not consent, please inform the event organizer in writing before the event begins. Opting out will be respected to the extent possible in a group setting; BKL cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental captures in public court areas.

Social Media Tagging

When BKL tags or features you in social media content, we aim to celebrate your game and your growth. If you’d like a post removed or untagged, send us a DM and we’ll act on it within 24 hours — no questions asked.
